HOW TO USE
PODO FILE FOAM LAYER

  • Peel off the protective backing paper. Apply the pad with the adhesive side to a clean and dry PODO DISC base. Press firmly and check adhesion. After the treatment, peel off and discard. Warning: pads are single-use only and must not be reused.
  • Disposable files are available in different grits, allowing precise adjustment of working intensity to the condition of the skin:
    100 – initial treatment of thick and hard calluses
    180 – main reduction of medium calluses
    240 – smoothing of the skin surface and finishing stage

The correct selection of grit, combined with the appropriate RPM (revolutions per minute) of the device, eliminates the need for excessive pressure and ensures full control during the procedure.
