HOW TO USE
PODO FILE TAPE LAYER

  • Peel off the protective backing paper. Apply the pad with the adhesive side to a clean and dry – Warning: pads are single-use only and must not be reused.
  • Disposable files are available in different grits, allowing precise adjustment of working intensity to the condition of the skin:
    100 – initial treatment of thick and hard calluses
    180 – main reduction of medium calluses
    240 – smoothing of the skin surface and finishing stage
  • The correct selection of grit, combined with the appropriate RPM (revolutions per minute) of the device, eliminates the need for excessive pressure and ensures full control during the procedure.
